My mom wants to document snippets of my life, since I'm growing so fast. She also thinks it'd be cool for me to see these posts when I can finally read.
Time flies... I was born on a Wednesday, exactly 7 months ago. Now, I'm a big baby with strong, chubby legs. I have two bottom teeth coming out (ouch!), and I'm beginning to crawl. Something my mom is very proud of is that I pee in the potty (once a day), because my mom likes to have me sit on the potty while she runs my bath, so that instead of peeing in the bath, I pee in the potty. I don't even notice it, really, but my mom gets excited.
One of my favorite things to do is to jump up and down on my jumper in the kitchen. It's this cool little seat that hangs from the ceiling with a spring. I also jump up and down when I'm being held up on people's laps, or when I get excited, like when I see my dad. When I'm on the floor, I like getting on all fours and rocking back and forth. I just started doing it recently, and for some reason, I find it really amusing and fun. When I have a toy in front that I want to reach, I just learned that I can get on my tummy and push myself forward, using my arms and legs. I can't wait to be able to crawl all over the place.
I've been eating a lot lately. So far, I've eaten rice cereal (of course), bananas, avocados, pears, sweet potatoes, mangos, papaya, nectarines, carrots, and oatmeal. Yum! I'm getting hungry.
